We happen to know a thing or two about planning impressive events, and we’re always happy to support our customers in making sure their plans run smoothly. Our obsessive attention to detail will make sure nothing is left out. From seating plans to colour schemes, bars to disco balls, chill out zones to fire pits, you’ll have it all.
We hold regular open days giving you an opportunity to visit the tipis and speak to the team before making that all-important decision.

Once you have made your tipi decision and are happy with our quote, then we offer a free, no obligation site visit to your chosen venue to make sure the grounds are suitable to hold a tipi event.
Then we’ll work with you to create a bespoke floor plan. At this stage, we will require a 20% non-refundable deposit based on our quotation to secure the date and venue. The full amount is payable six weeks prior to your event.
We even include comprehensive insurance for the event that covers every eventuality from cancellation to gifts and even transport. You shouldn’t need to worry about these kinds of details and, with My Tipi Event, you don’t have to.

We’ll even include free delivery up to 50 miles away (just call if you’re not sure)
Setting an overall budget and sticking to it will help you avoid scope creep, and often lead you to be more creative in your approach!
We recognise that hiring a tipi will be one of your biggest costs, so we will do our very best to work within your budget. Talk to us and we’ll see what we can do.
The most important thing to nail is how many people you’re inviting, sitting, standing, daytime or evening. Work this out as soon as you can, so we can give you our best recommendation on the number and configuration of tipis you require.
Location and logistics
Know your venue, or stuck for ideas? We can help you find the perfect venue for your event. Always remember the folk behind the scenes too. As well as providing the ideal location for your guests, our tipis are towed on a five-metre trailer and furnishings delivered in large Sprinter vans. We’ll need room to park up wherever you choose!
Nuts and bolts
Toilets, electricity, guest parking, dance floors, catering tents, lighting. They matter just as much as the finer details. We can advise you on all of these and more. Everything can be amended to suit your own personal requirements.
