FAQ’s

We fully appreciate how difficult it is when booking so far in advance in determining exact guest numbers and will prompt you shortly before your celebrations. We generally recommend that our customers provide exact numbers no later than 7 days prior to their event. We are also flexible on amendments to your booking. You may decide to add a festoon walkway or ask us to remove a glitter ball. We simply ask for as much notice as possible particularly when adding elements to ensure availability. Our structures, catering tents, Little Hat Tipis and Tipi Bar Extension Canvases are limited and incredibly popular. Cancelling a structure may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions of hire or contact us directly if you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy.

After the initial enquiry we will provide you with a link to a personalised cloud based dashboard. Your dashboard will include your quotation, a proposed floor plan and lots of information in relation to planning a festival themed Tipi Event. At this stage you may have some further questions and wish to amend the quotation. We will work with you and will continue to work with you throughout the planning process. Once you are happy with the amendments you can request a site visit through your personalized dashboard. We will then provide some dates that are convenient for you and your family. We will then conduct the site visit ensuring the grounds are suitable for a Tipi Event and answer any further questions or concerns you may have.We fully respect that the events industry is a competitive environment and you may well have received numerous quotations. We also understand that the prospect of an outdoor event may feel like a daunting experience. Ultimately your plans may change. It is your day and you do it your way with absolutely no pressure to commit to a booking with us and there will certainly be no hard sale. We will provisionally hold the date for 14 days after the site visit allowing you time and space to discuss the idea.

We ask for a 20% deposit with the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to your celebrations. Our preferred payment option is BACS direct bank transfer as this service is free. We can accept remote credit card payments however there is a 3% charge that we pass on from the merchant.

Unfortunately not however we have affiliated partnerships with suppliers and are happy to arrange these on your behalf

It means you are insured through our policy for the first £500 should the tipi be damaged whilst in your possession.
