We had a three hat tipi which fit 120 guests for the day and an additional 30 guests in the evening. MyTipiEvent provided all the equipment and decorations to transform a blank field into a truly special and impressive venue, equipped with tables, chairs, a dancefloor and lights etc. Both Darren and Jake were professional and helpful right the way through the whole process. We visited the open day a year before the wedding, they helped us design the tipi set up and gave advice to fit around the number of guests and style of wedding we were after. They were accomodating with our changes and add ons throughout the process. They communicated in the lead up to the wedding and were always on time when it came to set up and strike of the tipi, they also put an absolute shift in when it came to erecting the tipi and all the decorations. We are truly grateful for all the efforts and help from MyTipiEvent in allowing us to have our dream wedding and couldn't have asked for more. He was communicative, well-priced, and his setup team were so helpful. They were able to provide a lot of extra furnishings and had some helpful offers (e.g. early winter payment) that reduced the total cost for us.
